3+ years expSoTalent is seeking a Senior Financial Forecasting Analyst to join Corporate FP&A, supporting enterprise-wide balance sheet and income forecasting. This role plays a critical part in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful forecasts while partnering closely with various teams.

Responsibilities
Manage and enhance enterprise financial forecasting processes using QRM and OneStream
Oversee data loading, assumptions, reconciliation, and validation across forecasting systems
Partner with Line of Business FP&A to align model assumptions, methodologies, and limitations
Produce monthly forecasts, mid-year outlooks, annual plans, and scenario analyses
Support income sensitivity and interest rate risk analysis
Collaborate with Treasury on liquidity assumptions, investments, and derivative forecasting
Analyze fixed income products including mortgages, auto loans, credit cards, and deposits
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
3+ years' experience in financial services, banking, consulting, or credit unions
2+ years' experience supporting balance sheet management or forecasting systems
Strong understanding of financial statements and ALM concepts
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate insights clearly
Preferred
Hands-on experience with QRM, OneStream, or similar platforms
CFA or FRM certification
