Responsibilities
Perform a variety of responsibilities including legal research
Drafting legal documents
Preparing case summaries
Assisting attorneys in preparing materials for cases
Attend hearings and other legal proceedings within the state and federal courts
Engage in client communication
Support attorneys with other legal administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Law and the ability to apply legal principles effectively
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation with attention to detail
Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and professional correspondence
Proven abilities in Research and Writing, especially regarding legal cases and documents
Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Currently enrolled in an accredited law school with a strong academic record
Preferred
Familiarity with New Jersey and Pennsylvania laws is a plus
