Senior Account Executive

They are seeking a seasoned employee benefits software sales professional to manage customer relationships and shape their sales approach while driving the full sales cycle for their AI solutions.

Responsibilities
Drive the full sales cycle for Avante's AI solutions
Build relationships with senior HR and benefits leaders at enterprise organizations
Articulate the value proposition of our AI assistant and data platform to multiple stakeholders
Collaborate with strategic partners to identify and pursue joint opportunities
Work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams
Maintain pipeline forecasts and activity tracking in our CRM
Contribute insights from customer interactions to inform product development and market strategy
Achieve and exceed revenue targets
Leverage self-insured employer relationships to generate leads
Lead brokerage and consultant awareness meetings
Update Avante’s CRM system
Qualification
Required
10+ years of employee benefits-related sales experience, familiar with B2B software or SaaS sales
Success in high-value sales and customer relationship management
Deep understanding of employee benefits, self-insured employers, and HR/benefits purchasing
Excited about AI technologies in HR and benefits
Self-starter who thrives in high-pressure startup environments
Exceptional communicator
Proactive contributor to a collaborative startup environment
