Participates in special projects as needed
Day to Day Financial Data Entry
Accounts Receivable Support
Support Accounting Team with Payroll and Benefits administration management
Assist with Grant Tracking, management, and future opportunities
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1-3 years of progressive accounting experience
Bookkeeping Experience
Must be proficient in QuickBooks
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proficient in MS Office, Google Systems, and Adobe
Must be accurate & organized; meet deadlines; be detailed oriented with strong analytical skills
Self Starter that shows initiative
Team player with ability to work independently
Proven progressive working experience as a bookkeeper or accounting clerk
One-Three years office experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
QuickBooks proficiency (Intermediate)
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Successful passage of background check
Preferred
Accounting office experience (preferred)
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; college degree a plus
Benefits
PTO: 14 days annually
Local Travel Stipend: $100/monthly ( must work 30 days and submit documentation of using public transportation in order to be approved)
Retirement Plan: All employees can contribute. Once employees reach 20 working hours weekly, the employer matches dollar for dollar up to 5% of wages
