Senior Meta/TikTok Ads DTC Creative Strategist
Apex Brands is a DTC Growth Marketing Company focused on helping service businesses grow profitably. They are seeking a senior creative strategist with experience in Facebook and TikTok Ads to lead a team and develop high-quality creative strategies for e-commerce clients.

Responsibilities
Manage creative planning and strategy for US DTC e-commerce brands
Manage a team of creative strategists to ensure accounts are on pace
Conduct research on what is trending on Meta and TikTok ads to have a better idea of what will perform
Creative video ad briefs and scripts that are based off research and trending concepts
Creative static ad briefs that are based off research and trending concepts
Create creative testing reports for the accounts that you are managing to accurately display the analytics, results, and next steps
Monitor performance of creative testing campaigns to understand what is performing well and inform your iterative decisions when it comes to creative strategy
Identify trends to be able to communicate with our internal teams and our clients what is working and what concepts we should be creating more of
Communicate effectively with clients
Strategize on ways to improve the creative strategy for our brands to increase effectiveness
Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends
Qualification
Required
Must be proficient in Creative Strategy and be aware of what the top brands are doing
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field OR 3-4 years of experience OR alternative education experience (mentors or courses)
Must be proficient in Facebook & TikTok Ads management for e-commerce brands
Strong communication skills, conceptual thinking, and a hunger to always provide great results for our clients
Autonomous worker with a creative and analytical mind
Must have strong copywriting skills
Portfolio of work, results, or case studies
You should be comfortable using some internal communication tools such as Notion, Monday.com, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack for team meetings and to support other team members with any technical request
Preferred
Prior experience working for an e-commerce brand or advertising agency is preferred
Experience with Monday.com or Asana is not required but please let us know if you have used it before or not
