Responsibilities

Existing customer Growth - including identifying and closing opportunities within existing accounts, build relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations, implement account expansion strategies
New Customer acquisition including pre-sales activities, preparing proposals, tech calls
Define Strategies for Growth including doing marketing research, competitor analysis, explore new markets, partnerships
Client Retention - including maintaining strong relationships with client for ongoing business
Cross Coordination with other departments as required to spur growth
Manage, Mentor, Monitor and motivate direct and indirect reports, Communication, Cultural Assimilation, set clear performance expectations and goals
Assist HR in Talent Management including recruiting, performance evaluation and other activities
Position requires travel including client visit, conferences, tradeshow, other Chetu offices as well as conducting webinar, podcast and panel discussions
Meeting the established benchmarks and KPIs
Continuous Learning/Upskilling as per the needs - including self-learning, setting learning goals for team

Required

15+ years in project/Account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven success driving growth-focused initiatives in areas such as partner platforms or monetization
Acted as a senior project resource, leading and delivering complex enterprise solutions and teams
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to set and align teams around a clear vision
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
Analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
Commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning
Acted as a senior project resource, leading and delivering complex enterprise solutions and teams
Proven experience leading technical discussions with business and technical decision makers, including detailing technical specifications, project roadmaps, deployments and third-party integrations
