Responsibilities
Identify, screen, and engage high-quality project partners
Conduct thorough assessments of potential partners, develop tailored cooperation proposals, and actively participate in the creation of collaborative programs
Oversee the implementation of agreed-upon cooperation plans, monitor the effectiveness of these initiatives, and safeguard the company's interests throughout the process
Actively participate in both online and offline blockchain industry events
Leverage various channels to expand and accumulate valuable resources
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the blockchain industry, with a solid understanding of industry trends and projects
Proven ability in business development, resource integration, and effective communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to execute tasks efficiently, collaborate effectively across departments, and foster strong working relationships
Native English speaker or equivalent proficiency required. English will be the primary working language
Preferred
Strong experience and networks in the North American Finance/Fintech industry, including securities, payments, investment, or related fields
Outstanding Fintech experience and resources
Web3-specific experience or networks
