The Resource Development and Marketing Manager will lead efforts to develop and maintain community engagement through fundraising, marketing, and resource development strategies.

Responsibilities
Lead efforts to develop and maintain community engagement through fundraising, marketing, and resource development strategies
Design and implement fundraising campaigns
Foster relationships with donors, businesses, and partner agencies
Create marketing materials
Prepare reports and other materials to educate and engage the community
Manage social media and online presence
Organize events
Represent the United Way in various community initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in fundraising strategies, resource development, and campaign management
Experience in marketing, digital marketing, and managing social media platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
Event planning and coordination experience
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse community stakeholders
Proficiency in project management and organizational skills
Proficiency with office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Canva, CRM platforms)
Must have a college degree with experience in fundraising, marketing, sales, and customer service or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Knowledge of nonprofit and community service organizations
