AR/ AP Administrator
AccessWave is a company that incorporates the latest technology into intensive control room environments. They are seeking an Entry-Level AR/AP Administrator to support day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities
Assist with processing vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts, as needed
Help prepare weekly or bi-weekly payments (checks or electronic payments)
Maintain organized vendor records and documentation
Respond to basic vendor inquiries regarding invoices and payment status
Support 1099 preparation and recordkeeping, as applicable
Assist with generating and sending customer invoices
Record customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards, etc.)
Help monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on past-due accounts
Communicate with customers to help resolve billing or payment questions
Maintain accurate customer account records
Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage office supplies
Small parcel package shipping via UPS/Fedex/ USPS
Maintain organized and accurate financial files and records
Assist with basic reconciliations related to AR and AP
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Help gather documentation for audits or internal reviews
Follow company policies and basic accounting procedures
Work closely with team members to support daily operations
Learn and suggest ways to improve processes over time
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Basic understanding of accounting or willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
Ability to learn accounting software (training provided)
Good organizational and time-management skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Professional handling of confidential information
Dependable, motivated, and eager to grow
Preferred
Coursework or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Internship, coursework, or 0–2 years of related experience is a plus but not required
