The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed, competitive bids for civil site work projects and will work closely with operations and leadership.

Responsibilities
Prepare full-scope estimates for civil site work projects including earthwork, utilities, grading, and paving
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
Review plans, specifications, and contract documents
Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing
Participate in bid strategy meetings and risk reviews
Support project handoff to operations and assist with value engineering
Maintain historical cost data and contribute to continuous estimating improvements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience estimating civil/site work projects
Strong background in site development, earthwork, utilities, and paving
Experience with public and/or private work
Proficiency with estimating software (HCSS, Agtek, Bid2Win, Bluebeam, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines independently
Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
