Responsibilities

Deliver training on WCAG 2.2, Section 508, and ADA accessibility standards to diverse audiences
Lead remediation walkthroughs using real accessibility defect examples and tools such as Axe and WAVE
Design learning paths and self-paced modules for testers, developers, content editors, and vendor staff
Create documentation, templates, and best practice guides to institutionalize accessibility standards
Support the use of the Learning Management System (LMS) for tracking and delivering training content
Develop scalable accessibility learning strategies and provide coaching to teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accessibility compliance across platforms and applications

Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex concepts clearly
Familiarity with accessibility tools like Axe, WAVE, and other testing platforms
Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Analytical skills for assessing training effectiveness and implementing improvements
Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and foster innovation in training delivery
