Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in fast-paced environments
Experience using data and quantitative inputs to define, test, and support hypotheses
Strong storytelling skills to communicate insights and influence diverse stakeholders
Comfort operating with autonomy and making informed decisions while balancing competing priorities
