Analyze insurance policies and advise on complex third-party coverage issues
Draft detailed coverage opinions (samples will be requested)
Handle third-party insurance defense in select cases
Manage caseload with partner support, including depositions, discovery, strategy, and motions
Maintain an average of 160 billable hours per month in a collaborative, growth-oriented team
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience focusing on insurance coverage
Specific hands-on work in third-party insurance coverage and defense
Superior analytical skills
Superior written communication skills
Superior oral communication skills
Texas bar required
Flexibility on licensing (no need to be based in Texas)
