Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and team culture
Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, networking, referrals, social media, etc.)
Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Provide timely and professional communication to all candidates to ensure a positive experience
Maintain accurate candidate records in Paylocity
Meet or exceed recruiting metrics for time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction
Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, tools, and strategies
Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Proven ability to source and hire for a variety of roles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Experience using an ATS and recruiting tools
Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and follow-through
Preferred
Prior experience in a high-volume or fast-paced recruiting environment
