Senior Account Executive (Enterprise - US)

Responsibilities

Pipeline development across enterprise healthcare and workplace wellbeing accounts using outbound, events, partnerships, and referrals
Senior level discovery and consultative selling, including ROI modeling and business case development
End to end ownership of complex enterprise sales cycles from first engagement to contract signature
Close collaboration with internal teams to deliver client outcomes and retention
Representation of Physitrack at industry events, roundtables, and customer workshops

Required

Five to eight years of B2B SaaS, digital health, or HR technology sales experience with a focus on enterprise accounts
Experience selling into the US healthcare sector is strongly valued, including insurers, providers, digital health platforms, or health systems
Proven success closing six figure and multi stakeholder deals in complex or regulated environments
Confidence engaging senior executives including c suite, clinical leaders, HR leaders, and procurement
Strong account planning, territory management, and forecasting discipline
Experience building ROI led business cases and multi year commercial agreements
High quality CRM hygiene (HubSpot) and pipeline management
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate clinical or technical concepts into clear business value
