Responsibilities
Drive research and development in multimodal generative AI (text, speech, vision) and LLMs to create new capabilities for PraxisPro’s platform
Translate research prototypes into production-ready systems on AWS with scalability, compliance, and reliability in mind
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, compliance) to bring AI innovations into customer-facing workflows
Stay at the forefront of AGI-related research, publishing findings and applying them to practical use cases in regulated industries
Build tools and pipelines that allow rapid experimentation and deployment of new AI capabilities
Mentor junior researchers/engineers and contribute to the AI research culture at PraxisPro
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience in AI/ML research and productization, ideally in a startup or high-growth tech environment
Deep expertise in multimodal generative AI, LLM architectures, and applied AGI research
Strong programming background in Python and NodeJS, with hands-on experience building and scaling ML systems
Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS) for ML research, model training, and production deployment
Demonstrated ability to take AI models from research to production in real-world applications
Experience with life sciences / healthcare data or regulated industry environments
Familiarity with zero-trust architectures, compliance (SOC2, HIPAA), and data governance in AI systems
Contributions to open-source AI projects or strong GitHub portfolio
Preferred
