Responsibilities

Develop and implement functional capabilities in Global repair operations, ISO adherence, parts depot operations, asset management to achieve associated key performance indicators including the age of WIP, adherence to loaner safety stock levels, third party performance, quality performance, and productivity
Develop a highly engaged, high performing team who is driven to deliver world class results and drive results through other teams and organizations throughout the globe
Own the management and cost reduction efforts associated with a complex cost center which includes personnel, third party repair, asset management, tooling, and variable project spend
Train global teams and deliver updated service documentation
Impact the organization’s service strategy to better serve our customers and support new products, product improvements and end of life products or new customer strategic partnerships that require unique service models

Required

Bachelor's degree in technical field, or equivalent education and experience in a related field required
Several years of experience in Operations or a related field including KPI ownership and continuous improvement experience
Multiple years of experience in leadership
Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time, both domestic and international
Typical work-related travel assignments range 1-3 days, and as such, overnight, out-of-town stays are required

Preferred

Experience with medical device equipment
Global interactions/project leadership
Supplier management experience
Experience with logistics, shipping and receiving
