New Grad, Entry LevelClearStepHR & Federal Disability Services is seeking an Admin Support Assistant to provide administrative support across their Learning Development center locations. The role involves assisting Center Directors, creating various documents and digital content, managing social media posts, and ensuring compliance with licensing standards.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to all three Learning Development center locations
Assist Center Directors & Owner's Personal Assistant
Create documents, flyers, digital content, and monthly parent newsletter
Send mass parent communication/Update and maintain the MJLC website
Manage and schedule all social media posts
Maintain compliance with Virginia Childcare Licensing Standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in fast-paced environments
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, filing, and recordkeeping
