Handle high-stakes commercial litigation, including breach of contract, intellectual property, trade secrets, class actions, and financial services disputes
Draft motions, manage discovery, and develop case strategy with direct partner mentorship
Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials from day one
Advise clients on complex commercial issues and drive toward winning outcomes
Collaborate in a team environment on sophisticated, bet-the-company cases
Qualification
Required
2–3 years out of law school
federal clerkship and/or experience at a top national firm
