Qualification
Required
Mid-level to senior experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions
Demonstrated ability to manage the full lifecycle of deals
Strong commitment to delivering high-quality client service
Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and transactional management skills
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in Illinois and in good standing
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in managing complex corporate and private equity transactions
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced transactional environment
