Responsibilities
Own the commissioning process end-to-end
Develop plans, schedules, and execution strategies
Coordinate with owners, engineers, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Drive quality, safety, and schedule compliance
Serve as the commissioning authority for the project
Manage all on-site commissioning activities
Lead technicians and subcontractors during testing and startup
Ensure systems are validated, documented, and delivered successfully
Resolve technical and field challenges in real time
Maintain strong coordination with project management and operations teams
Qualification
Required
Experience commissioning data center and/or industrial facilities
Strong electrical systems knowledge (mission-critical experience preferred)
Proven leadership and communication skills
Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex scopes
Pride in delivering clean, successful system turnovers
