Director/ExecutiveCoalition For Truth is an anti-misinformation organization dedicated to fostering critical thinking and media literacy. They are seeking a Vice President to serve as the organization’s second-in-command, responsible for translating vision into execution and coordinating across divisions to ensure operational discipline and ethical alignment.

Responsibilities
Overseeing internal operations
Tracking goals, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinating collaboration between departments
Helping design workflows, reporting structures, and decision-making processes
Supporting leadership and governance efforts, including assisting with board or senate processes
Helping vet and onboard department leads
Maintaining alignment with the organization’s values and ethical standards
Supporting strategic growth initiatives, including institutional partnerships, chapter-based expansion, and global outreach
Helping translate long-term vision into phased growth plans
Identifying operational risks or bottlenecks
Recommending structural improvements as the organization scales
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in executive leadership, strategic planning, team management, and organizational growth
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, public speaking experience, and the ability to represent the organization effectively
Expertise in creating, managing, and assessing educational initiatives; knowledge of media literacy and critical thinking principles is a strong asset
Experience in investigating trends, analyzing data, and utilizing evidence-based approaches for decision-making
Proven ability to form impactful partnerships, lead diverse teams, foster inclusive environments, and engage with stakeholders across sectors
Strong skills in fundraising, grant writing, and overseeing organizational budgets
