Growth Lead in B2C Subscriptions
Best Kept Secret is a company that produces immersive romance audio stories and has recently launched its own platform. They are seeking a Growth Lead to double revenue and scale the business, taking ownership of the entire customer journey from acquisition to retention.
Responsibilities
Figure out how to double the revenue
Scale the business working directly with the founders
Own everything between "visitor lands on site" and "subscriber stays for years."
Manage the funnels, the conversion, the retention, the pricing, the experiments and everything in between
Build a team eventually, but first figure out what actually works
Qualification
Required
Experienced with B2C subscription/recurring revenue businesses - you understand trials, activation, churn, LTV, payback periods
Someone who's been •the• growth person at a subscription business before - not on a growth team of 10 where you owned one piece. You owned it
Technical enough to stitch things together - SQL, analytics, dashboards, no-code tools, code, whatever it takes
Exceptionally strategic - we don't need someone who can run experiments, we need someone who sees the whole board and knows which experiments are worth running
Creative and resourceful with marketing constraints - we operate in romance, which can get classified in the gray area with ad platforms. You'll need to find clever workarounds and alternative approaches that others haven't thought of
