Advance Infrastructure Business Development Lead

Responsibilities
Lead the scoping, development, and implementation of advanced utility business models, including tariff structures, site-specific commercial agreements, and infrastructure investments across water, power, advance water treatment, and heat ruse infrastructure solutions
Conduct comprehensive techno-commercial studies for proposed utility projects to assess economic and technical feasibility, financial risk, and total cost of ownership (TCO)
Lead the identification and establishment of relationships and agreements with utility providers and third-party developers, managing the discussion of technical and commercial terms
Develop and own detailed financial models for energy infrastructure projects, incorporating capital expenditure, operating costs, and utility rate structures to guide investment decisions
Coordinate with internal engineering, design, construction, and operations teams, as well as external consultants, to ensure business deals are technically viable and implementable at new and existing data center locations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
8 years of experience in program management
Experience in financial modeling for infrastructure investments and structuring utility agreements
Experience in the development, scoping, and management of utility energy or infrastructure projects
Preferred
10 years of experience in technical infrastructure strategy, development, or operations
Experience leading public-facing initiatives/engagements on behalf of multi-national, organization
Experience working with or an understanding of data center or utility water and power infrastructure, particularly cooling systems and their energy/water demands
