Responsibilities
Lead software quality assurance efforts in Agile and Waterfall environments
Collaborate with development and product teams to define comprehensive test strategies
Design, implement, and execute test plans and test cases for web and enterprise applications
Develop and run automated tests using tools like Selenium and Playwright
Conduct manual testing and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results
Perform API testing using Postman or SoapUI
Maintain and enhance Continuous Integration (CI) workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in systems under test
Qualification
Required
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
8+ years of hands-on experience as a QA Automation and Manual Tester
Strong expertise in Agile testing, API testing, and automated testing frameworks
Proficiency with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, ADO, RCLM)
Familiarity with SQL databases and version control systems
Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
