Responsibilities
Prioritize and think strategically, while being a transparent, organized and trusted business partner
Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, expense reports, projects and events), and develop a bond with executives and be their point of contact
Collaborate amongst other E/ABPs, work in a highly cross-functional environment, and be a team player
Act quickly to solve problems, be resourceful, and prioritize under stress, and thinking strategically
Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define/improve new operational strategies
Qualification
Required
2 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.)
Preferred
3 years of administrative experience in supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution
