Responsibilities
Lead enhancements to the Planisware PPM tool
Define the scope, schedule, budget, and resource needs
Control project variables including risk, issues, dependencies, and assumptions
Create and maintain a backlog of Epics, features, and user stories in partnership with IT PM community stakeholders
Work with the Planisware vendor to ensure timely delivery of the Epics, features, and user stories
Create a project schedule to track and manage the project deliverables
Present the Planisware roadmap to executive leadership
Track and manage project financials
Address scope, schedule, and budget variances
Communicate changes to the delivery organization
Address changes to the project delivery standards and procedures
Responsible for organizational change management
Qualification
Required
5 to 7+ years relevant experience in program and project management
PMP is a Plus
Bachelor's or equivalent degree or experience
Excellent communication skills
Experience in using a PPM Tool
