Responsibilities
Design and own scalable analytics engineering architectures using dbt Cloud, emphasizing modularity, testing, documentation, and governance
Support the development of performant data workflows on Databricks, leveraging Delta Lake and Unity Catalog
Partner with data product teams to translate business requirements into data models, semantic layers, and shared analytics assets
Implement data quality frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and version control practices across analytics projects
Contribute to architecture and design reviews to ensure alignment with modern data best practices
Champion a product-led approach to analytics datasets, treating data as a reusable, discoverable asset
Identify opportunities to improve reliability, scalability, and developer experience within the data platform
Promote strong data architecture and data management standards across teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics engineering, or data engineering
Hands-on experience building transformation pipelines in dbt Cloud
Practical experience working with Databricks and AWS
Strong SQL skills, with working knowledge of Python in data workflows
