Required
Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate regulations and practices
Strong background in Real Estate, including experience with property transactions and market evaluations
Proven Sales skills and the ability to effectively negotiate on behalf of clients
Exceptional Customer Service and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Real Property concepts and market-related trends
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in technology and real estate software tools
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a hybrid environment between office and home
Preferred
Previous experience in the Greater San Antonio area or knowledge of the local market is a plus
