Supervise and support RBTs/BTs in center-based and in-home settings
Review data and monitor client progress to guide treatment decisions
Provide caregiver training and collaborate with schools and community partners
Ensure documentation and services meet insurance requirements
Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and Learning Path ABA Services policies
Qualification
Required
Active BCBA certification
Master's degree in ABA, or related field
Experience with or willingness to learn GHS/Medicaid processes
Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
