Responsibilities
Manage overflow and new cases from start to finish, including consultations, court appearances, mediations, and more
Work independently with experienced paralegal, taking the lead on cases with minimal supervision
Ensure timely and accurate completion of work, maintaining high standards of representation
Conduct bi-weekly case meetings with Managing Attorney and paralegal to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment among the team
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3+ years of experience specializing in domestic relations
First chair trial experience required
Ability to work independently and handle cases autonomously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ideal candidate brings 6+ active cases to hit the ground running
