Responsibilities
Support site development projects from concept through construction
Perform grading, drainage, utility layout, and roadway design
Prepare construction documents, plan sets, and reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and municipalities
Apply design standards and assist in permitting processes
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
6–8 years of experience in civil/site land development
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred
PE preferred
