Responsibilities
Review RFPs / RFQs and create compliance matrices and outlines
Draft and edit management, technical, and past performance sections
Coordinate inputs from SMEs, capture managers, and partners
Maintain proposal schedules, templates, and content libraries
Support color team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold) and track action items
Format and proof final submissions for clarity and compliance
Assist in preparing slide decks and graphics for oral presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or related field
1–2 years is preferred in proposal coordination or writing (preferably in GovCon)
Strong grammar, storytelling, and editing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe PDF
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively in fast-paced settings
Preferred
Exposure to federal contracting vehicles (GSA, 8(a) STARS III, OASIS+, IDIQs or BPAs)
Interest in Salesforce, or FedRAMP cloud solutions
Familiarity with GovWin, SAM.gov, or proposal tools
APMP Foundation Certification (plus)
