Responsibilities
Posting and scheduling content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
Repurposing existing content across platforms
Supporting organic follower growth through consistent posting and engagement
Formatting captions and selecting relevant hashtags
Maintaining brand voice, tone, and visual consistency
Monitoring comments and flagging engagement opportunities
Helping organize content workflows and posting calendars
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience growing a mission-driven brand
Strong, real-world portfolio example
Clear expectations, structure, and mentorship
Exposure to thought leadership, premium programming, and audience growth
Posting and scheduling content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
Repurposing existing content across platforms
Supporting organic follower growth through consistent posting and engagement
