Director/ExecutiveAnimeOne Ai is a pre-seed, high-technology startup focusing on next-generation authentication and ERP systems for the luxury and premium streetwear markets. The Founding GTM Partner will be responsible for executing the go-to-market strategy and building relationships with luxury brands and retailers.

Responsibilities
Design and execute the GTM strategy for VAMPIRO authentication and Franky ERP
Secure early sales partnerships, pilots, and commercial agreements
Personally lead outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing
Own trade show strategy and execution
Build trusted, long-term relationships with luxury brands, high couture houses, premium and streetwear labels, retailers and resale platforms
Act as a credible peer to brand founders, creative directors, and commercial leaders
Support broader business and sales operations in a pre-seed environment
Work closely with product and technical teams to translate market feedback into product evolution
Help shape pricing, packaging, and commercial models
Operate comfortably with ambiguity, speed, and limited resources
Qualification
Required
Deep experience in luxury, apparel, retail, or high couture environments
Understanding of how luxury brands actually buy, decide, and adopt new technology
Experience operating in or closely with startups (early stage preferred)
Comfortable selling software and systems, not just physical products
Ability to move fluidly between creative conversations, commercial negotiations, and technical product discussions

Proven background in luxury goods, high couture, premium apparel, or streetwear
Demonstrated success in retail, wholesale, or brand partnerships

Experience navigating startup or high-growth environments
Ability to represent a brand with credibility, discretion, and authority
