Responsibilities
Build features and systems with a focus on performance and attention to detail
Own end-to-end development, from initial concept through production
Engineer not only solutions, but also tools to better understand the problem
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a world-class product
Identify and implement enhancements to existing systems
Help create a fun, fulfilling, world-class engineering culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field
3+ years of non-internship professional mobile software development experience with Flutter
2+ years of non-internship experience in system design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, scaling) for new and existing systems
Willingness to work with and use Flutter
Experience collaborating across teams to deliver cohesive, user-focused solutions
Substantial mobile development experience (4+ years) across Android and iOS platforms
Multiple years of experience working closely with design, QA, and product teams
Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
Comfortable working in a remote environment with a proactive, self-managed approach
Known for being kind, empathetic, and a supportive teammate
Brings energy and drive to shipping high-quality code
Timezone: Ideally EST or PST; candidates in the EU/UK should maintain approximately 4 hours of overlap with U.S. time zones
Preferred
Familiarity with Riverpod
Experience in early-stage product development, ideally within a startup environment
Android development experience
Experience building and iterating on products
Active ClickUp user
