Responsibilities
Extracts, transforms, and automatically loads data from various sources
Develops and maintains scripts for data cleaning, statistical analysis, and reporting
Applies statistical techniques to analyze program data, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations
Develops reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SAS and other tools to communicate findings effectively
Evaluates program effectiveness by assessing key metrics
Quantifies the impact of interventions and identifies areas for improvement
Collaborates with stakeholders to identify data requirements and ensure accurate results
Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
Protects all physical, financial, and cybersecurity assets, and properly accesses and manages private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other highly sensitive information with the highest standards of conduct and integrity

Qualification
Required
Five or more years of experience performing data analysis
Experience using a variety of data tools and software
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
Five or more years of experience in data extraction, transformation, and analysis, including report and dashboard development
Three or more years of experience with analytics and data visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, SAS, ArcGIS, and Python
Three or more years of experience with Power BI and Power Automate
Experience with SAP and Ariba for work management, contracts, and cost tracking
Effective communication skills, with experience presenting complex data to non-technical audiences
Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
Experience with data management, including data cleansing, validation, and quality control
Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., in utility operations)
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence organizational change in a fast-paced environment
