Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Creates content for multiple social media accounts (includes on-site photography, short form video creation and minimal graphic design)
Represents the client publicly, including on-camera for campaigns, interviews, and public speaking across all social media platforms
Develops and executes every step of content creation, including ideation, filming, editing, and posting, for social media campaigns that align with client objectives and increase brand awareness
Build social media content calendars
Upload and schedule social media posts monthly
Analyze, monitor, and communicate social media trends
Works under general supervision of the Director of Social Operations while coordinating projects for clients
Independently manage special projects and tasks as assigned by the Director of Marketing
Uses a personal device on occasion to provide an additional layer of security for company network and site access through multi-factor authentication
Performs additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or equivalent experience
Prior experience with social media and marketing campaigns with a portfolio to show
Valid driver's license without restrictions that affects your ability to operate company owned vehicle(s) and ability to maintain a clean driving record
Proven knowledge of all social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Youtube, and Google
Portfolio of related work
Familiar with public speaking and able to engage an audience
Ability to think creatively while maintaining strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to set priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Must work well in a team-oriented environment and in collaborating on assignments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, and Google
Ability to set a positive example for others by consistently displaying servant leadership behaviors in daily actions and decisions
The physical demands of the job include the use of hands and fingers, reaching, bending, sitting, lifting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and driving
The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods, use hands and fingers to write, operate equipment, and reach with hands and arms
The employee must regularly lift up to 20 lbs
Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol urinalysis and be able to drive a vehicle
Normal office environment and conditions related to travel by personal vehicle
This position requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and may require work outside of regular business hours
This position may be remote at times
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to travel within or outside the area. Local travel for this position is frequent
