They are seeking an Analytical Project Manager / Operations Lead to build and run the operational engine of the business, focusing on creating scalable systems and managing performance across the organization.

Responsibilities
Create SOPs, playbooks, and process maps for all operational workflows
Build RACI matrices and governance frameworks
Document onboarding, matching, collections, and escalation processes
Turn tribal knowledge into repeatable, scalable systems
Own the 90-day GTM workplan with milestones, owners, and dependencies
Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Track deliverables, flag risks, adjust timelines as needed
Run weekly status meetings and stakeholder updates
Build and maintain KPI dashboards and scorecards
Run weekly business reviews with variance analysis
Conduct root cause analysis when metrics are off-track
Implement corrective actions quickly
Work with offshore EAs who handle day-to-day admin
Coordinate across founders, advisors, and partners
Manage escalations and cross-functional issues
Communicate clearly to stakeholders at all levels
Qualification
Required
Management consulting (MBB, Big 4, boutique strategy firms)
Project management / program management (PMP, Agile, Scrum certified a plus)
Operations or business transformation consulting
Chief of Staff or Strategy & Ops at a startup
Strong analytical and structured thinking
Can take ambiguity and turn it into frameworks, then execution
Writes clear, tight documentation (not decks)
Manages workstreams, dependencies, and timelines effectively
Self-directed — doesn't need hand-holding
High attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with marketplaces or B2B sales
Familiarity with change management methodologies
Background in process optimization or operational excellence
