Responsibilities
Ability to lead either lump-sum and/or hourly rate projects efficiently from start to finish by fulfilling compliance with local legislation and customer requirements
Adhere to local immigration, tax and employment laws, alongside customers local requirements
Promote a strong HSEQ culture and support in delivering our 'New Tomorrow' initiatives
Implement necessary changes for project and company growth
Manage relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct pre-start inspections and maintain regular on-site presence
Allocate equipment and manpower effectively
Prepare, update and maintain all project records
Track progress, manage budgets, and report outcomes
Identify opportunities to boost project revenue in collaboration with Sales
Build and guide a high-performing project team
Qualification
Required
Ability to lead either lump-sum and/or hourly rate projects efficiently from start to finish by fulfilling compliance with local legislation and customer requirements

Solution-oriented, flexible, and a self-starter who thrives on teamwork and collaboration
Preferred
Knowledge of wind turbines and direct management experience is highly preferred
