Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping
Develop, implement, and maintain warehouse policies and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, discrepancies, and shipping documentation
Analyze warehouse performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Procurement, and Transportation to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of products
Ensure all safety procedures comply with company standards and applicable regulatory requirements
Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities
Enforce compliance with industry regulations and internal company standards
Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, productivity, and operational efficiency to management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including supervisory or management experience
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 60 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Bilingual skills; Spanish/Chinese proficiency is a plus
