Channel Development Manager
Magic Apple Technology provides modern hosted voice and communications solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. They are seeking a Channel Manager to own, grow, and monetize their referral partner ecosystem, primarily focusing on MSPs and smaller IT companies.
Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard new MSP and IT referral partners
Drive consistent referral activity from existing partners
Reactivate dormant or underperforming partners
Build and manage a partner pipeline that directly contributes to company revenue
Maintain ongoing partner engagement and enablement
Attend partner meetings, networking events, and City Current events
Track and report partner activity using ConnectWise Manage
Operate with EOS-based metrics and quarterly priorities
Qualification
Required
ability to recruit and onboard new MSP and IT referral partners
