Responsibilities
Design the electrical components of transformers based on project specifications and existing design standards
Develop new design rules for projects that extend beyond the established product scope
Create transformer designs to fulfill bidding requirements and ensure compliance with technical specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with production capabilities and quality standards
Provide technical support and expertise to address design-related challenges during the production process
Qualification
Required
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent (foreign degree accepted)
A minimum of eight (8) years of dedicated transformer electrical design experience is required
Proven expertise in transformer design across all categories, with the ability to check and verify complex designs
Must live or be willing to relocate to within a reasonable safe commute to the assigned plant location
Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer for U.S. based positions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of transformer design principles and industry standards
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
