Responsibilities

Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate service technicians
Maintain daily schedules and respond to urgent service needs
Communicate job details clearly to technicians and customers
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Assist with billing, paperwork, and general office administration
Maintain accuracy in company software and systems

Required
