Uphold and maintain values of outstanding customer service and honesty and integrity in all operations
Maintain a stable work history with verifiable references
Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years recent new car dealership F&I experience
Possess knowledge of Florida insurance, sales tax, tag & titling regulations and laws
Maintain a record of clean paperwork and high work ethic
Exhibit a professional attitude and commitment to the profession
Work extended hours when needed as a team player
Maintain a proven sales record and be highly ethical in dealings with customers and employees
Show motivation and computer proficiency
Possess excellent customer relation skills
Qualification
Required
Stable work history with verifiable references
Minimum of 3 years recent new car dealership F&I experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of Florida insurance, sales tax, tag & titling regulations and laws
Must have record of clean paperwork, high work ethic, and a professional attitude
Must be committed to the profession, a team player, and have no fear of working extended hours when needed
Proven sales record
Must be highly ethical in all dealings with customers and employees
Be highly motivated
Must be computer proficient
Possess excellent Customer Relation skills
Preferred
AFIPS/FILES certification preferred but not required
Sales management experience helpful, but not required
