Responsibilities

Contribute to developing, shaping, and maintaining the risk and compliance program on behalf of the Global Business Organization, coordinating across partnerships, sales, and support teams globally

Collaborate with second line teams on enterprise compliance priorities, training and awareness initiatives, and issue/incident management programs to ensure compliance with policy requirements

Build relationships with cross-functional partners

Lead initiatives to identify risks, potential gaps in systematic processes, and deliver steps to remediate and mitigate areas of concern

Communicate findings and progress to executive leadership with updates and thoughtful facilitation; provide timely updates on business growth impacting issues as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree

Preferred

MBA degree

Experience in risk management functions

Knowledge of risk frameworks, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements impacting the ads or similar industries

Knowledge of sales processes and workflows

Ability to grow in ambiguous environments, promote a risk culture, and drive organizational change

Excellent problem-solving, investigative, and project management skills, with the ability to synthesize technical and business details into clear presentations for executive leadership and cross-functional partners
