Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to clinics, providers, and warm prospects
Manage inbound leads and guide them toward the right Protonics solution
Educate customers through clear, confident conversations (no hard selling)
Support customers with product questions and onboarding
Maintain follow-ups and activity in CRM
Build long-term relationships with clinics and users
Qualification
Required
Comfortable with outbound calling and inside sales
Strong communicator who can explain concepts simply and confidently
Self-directed, organized, and accountable
Preferred
Clinical background preferred (PTA, AT, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, etc.) but not required
Experience in healthcare, wellness, rehab, or performance is a plus
