Inbound Lead Qualification Specialist (Calls + CRM) — Remote (USA)
Landlords.com is hiring a full-time Inbound Lead Qualification Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospects calling their main number. The role involves answering high-volume inbound calls, pre-validating and qualifying leads, managing CRM, and coordinating with Sales Reps to ensure every qualified lead is handled efficiently.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from prospective clients and respond professionally, quickly, and consistently
Pre-validate and qualify leads using a clear set of questions (intent, timeline, situation, fit, urgency, next steps)
Route qualified leads to the correct Sales Rep and ensure handoff happens smoothly (notes, tags, call summary, urgency level)
Manage CRM daily: create/update contacts, deals, properties, notes, tasks, call outcomes, and pipeline stages
Lead coordination & follow-up: confirm reps contacted the lead, nudge follow-ups, and prevent leads from going cold
Maintain clean data (dedupe, standardize fields, correct lifecycle stages, ensure attribution is captured)
Track and report basics: daily/weekly lead status updates, call outcomes, response time, and pipeline hygiene
Qualification
Required
Must live in the United States (remote role; USA-based only)
2+ years in inside sales, inbound lead qualification, customer support, call center, or SDR support
Strong phone presence: clear communication, confident questioning, calm under pressure
Extremely organized: you love checklists, follow-ups, and clean data
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders (Sales Reps, marketing, leadership)
Reliable internet, quiet work environment, and ability to handle high call volume
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with prospective clients over phone calls
Experience using CRM tools to manage and track leads, ensuring effective documentation and accurate reporting
Proficiency in client qualification processes, including analyzing lead information and evaluating potential opportunities
Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Real estate, investor services, property management, mortgage, or related industry exposure
Experience building workflows, sequences, automations, and dashboards in HubSpot
Familiarity with SLAs, lead routing rules, and pipeline management
Previous experience in customer service or sales support roles is highly advantageous
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
