Responsibilities
Lead structural design and project management for commercial, residential, municipal, multi-family, and mixed-use projects
Serve in a client-facing role to market our structural engineering services, expand the EVstudio brand, and provide top notch customer service
Serve as the technical lead on structural systems including wood, steel, concrete, and masonry
Oversee and review calculations, drawings, and construction documents
Mentor and supervise structural EITs and junior engineers
Coordinate with architects and other in-house disciplines for integrated project delivery
Contribute to QA/QC processes and development of internal design standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering
PE or SE license required (Idaho or ability to obtain quickly)
7+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong design portfolio and client-facing experience
Proficiency in structural design software (RISA, RAM, ETABS, Revit, etc.)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Commitment to quality design, team mentorship, and client satisfaction
