New GradGertrud digital GmbH is a fast-growing company specializing in digital solutions for enterprise software. They are seeking a working student to support their Enterprise Sales team in identifying and engaging with new customer leads in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities
Identifying potential target companies and decision-makers (data research)
Outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone (including cold calling and follow-ups)
Maintaining and updating our CRM system
Supporting the development of additional lead generation channels (e.g., events, social selling)
Collaborating closely with our Enterprise Sales team to continuously improve processes
Qualification
Required
currently enrolled in a university program (ideally in business, communications, or a related field)
initial experience with Dutch business culture or are familiar with local markets
excellent English and Dutch skills (C1-C2)
communicative, outgoing, and bring a positive presence to the table
interested in B2B sales, startups, and digital solutions
work in a structured, independent, and reliable way
able to work remotely in a quiet environment with a stable internet connection
ideally based in the Netherlands, Germany or Europe
Preferred
students with prior experience in B2B within the Dutch market (or comparable regions such as the UK, Nordics, or Switzerland)
